As Impact GFC looked to build a new youth soccer club in Cincinnati, they needed a vibrant crest to represent their new club that was a reflection of the city and their love of the game.

SOCCER CREST DESIGN
By using a more dynamic typeface, custom “C” and waves to mimic the Cincinnati flag, elements to draw the eye to “GFC” with appropriate contrast, and moving the star within the crest instead of floating outside of it, we succeeded in creating a mark players of all ages will be excited to wear.
In rebranding Impact GFC, we focused on designing a very powerful, momentum-filled soccer crest. We also wanted to address the downfalls of the previous badge such as inconsistent colors, illegibility, ineffective one-color application, and elevated design elements.
